Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:
All in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Pre-orders are excluded from this processing timeframe.

Handling Time:
Please allow 2–3 business days for handling and processing of in-stock items prior to shipment. Handling times for pre-order items begin only after the item has been received by us.

Shipping Time:
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and will be shipped as soon as inventory is received by us from the manufacturer or distributor. Estimated release or arrival dates may be provided when available but are not guaranteed and may change.

Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, manufacturers, distributors, or other unforeseen circumstances once an order has shipped or while awaiting receipt of pre-order inventory.
